Interior signage · Division 10 14 00
Dimension Sign Studio puts the signage package from our bid in your hands — architects, GCs and owners design it live, see the price of every upgrade, and generate the submittal themselves. ADA is built in. The drawings you stamp are the files our machines cut.
One drawing, three jobs
Every sign is a single vector document. The Studio renders it for you, draws it for the architect, and hands it to our engraver, laser and plotter — no redraws, no retyped room names, no braille transcription errors.
How it works
Eight sign families designed by Dimension. Your bid covers every sign in any of them, painted any color you like.
Paint, raised-copy colors, edges, layered backers, mounting, your brand. Every upgrade previews live and shows its exact price before you commit.
Room numbers and names come from the takeoff and your drawings. Grade 2 braille is translated and checked automatically.
Generate the submittal — product data, shop drawings, location plans, compliance — and stamp it right in the browser.
Sign families
Every family starts at the contract build and scales, one upgrade at a time, to beveled faces, layered backers, shadow layers and standoffs.
Match the build to the spec, see every message in context on the plans, and stamp the submittal in the browser. Every sign is checked against ADA as you design it.
The package assembles itself from the approved design — product data, shop drawings, location plans and a compliance certificate. Change orders arrive priced and itemized.
Bring your colors, your logo and your fonts. Upgrade only where it matters and see the exact difference before anything changes.
Compliance, measured
The Studio measures the actual outlines that will be cut — not a spec sheet. When a choice would break a rule, the sign adapts or tells you why, before anyone builds it.
Measured on each font's real “I” — never more than 15% of the cap height.
Every pair of raised letters at least 1/8″ apart, measured between their closest points.
UEB translation, verified by back-translation, 3/8″ clear of the copy.
Light reflectance of every color pair, 70% minimum, checked as you choose.
A full 6″ field with the descriptor below it.
Install height computed so every tactile baseline lands 48″–60″.
